Revelation Steel, LLC is now hiring for Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate. Our sales people work directly with our customers at the counter and over the phone. We are looking for someone who has a good attitude and motivated to serve our customers. Our sales people are required to answer phone calls, assist customers at the counter, research and find products for our customers from various vendors, write up quotes and invoices, and take on various other office duties as required. Revelation Steel, LLC has gained a reputation for great customer service so giving our customers a great experience is at the highest priority for or company. Ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, be a team player with a good attitude, understand basic measurement calculations (inches to feet, feet to inches, etc), and basic cash handling calculations (calculate amount due, change due, etc). Sales people must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Sales people will use Outlook, Word, and Excel on a daily basis. The sales counter is fast paced and demanding. Our sales people are required to multi-task and be able to quickly transition from a phone call to a counter sale and back to any other task that the job presents.
